Every store has a coffee setup.
Almost none of them were specified.
The customer lounge, the employee breakroom, and the shop floor usually run on three different machines bought at three different times by three different people. Aramark Refreshments puts all of it on one program: equipment, installation, service, and supplies, priced on DealerShop’s group purchasing power and sized to the headcount in each space.
Breakroom spend hides in five places at once.
Pods and creamer bought at retail on somebody’s card. A brewer picked up at a big box store two managers ago. Bottled water on a standing delivery nobody has looked at since it started. A lounge machine that gets descaled when someone remembers.
None of it lands on one line of the statement, so none of it gets reviewed. It is spread across office supply, facilities, and whatever the service manager charges to the department.
The machine your customer stares at while they wait on a repair order is the one nobody owns.
of top-performing dealers say improving the customer experience is a priority going forward.

Three questions for your GM
- 1Who buys coffee for this store, and on which account does it land?
- 2When the lounge brewer breaks, who fixes it and how long does it sit?
- 3Do the lounge, the breakroom, and the shop get supplies from the same place, or from three?
Walk the spaces, match the tier, hand off the service.
Walk the Spaces
A rep walks the customer lounge, the employee breakroom, the service drive, and the offices, then counts who actually uses each one.
Match the Tier
Essential, Elevated, or Ultimate gets placed per space rather than per store. A 12 person shop and a 40 person showroom do not get the same machine.
Deliver and Service
Aramark delivers, installs, and services the equipment, and the machines are maintained and checked at every delivery.
Three tiers, placed by space, not by store.
Elevated and Ultimate each carry a secondary option alongside the primary machine. Tiers mix inside one store, so an Ultimate brewer can run in the lounge while an Essential airpot runs in the shop, under the same program.

How the equipment is placed: equipment, delivery, installation, and service are structured into the beverage program rather than sold as a separate capital purchase. Qualifying terms are confirmed on the walkthrough.

Bottleless water, so nobody is lifting jugs anymore.
The WL250 is the program standard for a dealership: hot and cold, tower or countertop. Cold holds at 37 to 54°F, hot at 187°F. It plumbs into the existing water supply, which ends the standing bottle delivery and the storage rack that came with it.

A full café menu, brewed by one system.
The freshpack menu covers coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and cold drinks, sourced from national brands and brewed by the same machine. Selection varies by equipment tier and by region.

The part that matters after the install.
Equipment is the easy half. These are commercial grade machines built to run without babysitting, backed by a service network with a route that already covers your area.
Aramark Refreshments supports more than 100,000 locations from 85+ distribution centers across the United States and Canada, with national account structure and local route service so ordering and billing stay consistent whether you run one rooftop or forty.
It’s a white glove experience for everyone who touches it: the customer waiting in the lounge, the office that places the order, and the crew running it in the back.
Delivered and Installed
Equipment is delivered, installed, and set up by the local Aramark team. No freight to receive and no manual to hand to a porter.
Checked Every Delivery
Machines are maintained and checked at every supply delivery rather than only when something breaks.
One Account, Every Space
Lounge, breakroom, service drive, and offices order from the same place, on the same account, on the same schedule.
Consistent Across Rooftops
Groups get the same equipment standard and the same menu at every store instead of whatever each location bought on its own.
Snacks and beverages run on the same account.
Once the beverage program is in place, the same relationship covers packaged snacks and cold beverages for the breakroom, plus vending and micro market options for larger sites.
For stores that already run a customer lounge as part of the service experience, this is the difference between a bowl of loose candy and a stocked space that looks intentional.

Start with a walk of the store.
Tell us how many people work at the location and which spaces need coverage. An Aramark rep walks the store with you and specs each space before anything gets quoted.
- 01A short call to confirm locations, headcount, and what is in place today.
- 02An on site walk of the lounge, breakroom, service drive, and offices.
- 03Equipment specified per space, then delivered, installed, and serviced by the local team.
